thank you so much for asking, and thanks to everyone who sent me good wishes! i felt like it went really well – it was a small group, but i got some really nice feedback on my part of it. i was talking at my university, my therp asked me to speak (and it turns out my internist, who i’ve been working with on my asthma was the moderator!!). someone from sports medicine asked me if i would speak to the athletes. i sais i would! YIKES! i was thinking that i would post a copy of what i said, when i get home tonight. so, i felt really good about it – it was scary, but kind of exhilirating too! – dolphin Just wondering how the talk went?
