Hi, I wondered if anyone had alternative treatment ideas for allergy related asthma. I suffer terribly for 3-4 weeks in the Spring when the trees are pollenating. Thanks, LJones

I find that eating *local* honey helps to keep down problems related to allergies. Since it is local, it is made from the allergines in your area and works kind of like a "vaccine" against those allergies. This has worked for me while living in four different states.
