Question:
I suffer from mild ei asthma. While inhalers have helped, they aren’t a magic bullet . My times had got quite slow but I thought that it was because of my hair falling out (getting old) Anyhow, doc tried me out on accolat and my cruising speed dropped about 40 sec/mi. - 8min to 7:20. Has anybody else used this stuff and had similar results? Phil S

Funny how doctors always seem to prescribe the stuff that’s going through a big ad campaign… Sorry, I don’t know anything about Accolate specifically. You might want to ask about a steroid inhaler, in conjunction with a regular albuterol inhaler. That was what I found most effective. And *always* ask for samples before buying any new medicine. Easy way to prevent wasted money. …Now if Accolate could get me UP to 8 min cruising speed I’d get some.
